Shipping

UK Deliveries

All our parcels are delivered via courier or Royal Mail under a tracked service, aiming to deliver within 3–5 working days (excluding Sundays). Packages are dispatched Monday–Friday. Please note orders placed on a Friday will most likely be dispatched the following Monday.

EU Deliveries

All parcels delivered inside the EU are sent via Royal Mail 'International Tracked and Signed' service.

If you are outside the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Second Best has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Packages are dispatched Monday–Friday. Orders placed on a Friday will most likely be dispatched the following Monday.

International Deliveries

All international parcels are sent via Royal Mail 'International Tracked and Signed' service. All orders receive tracking numbers — delivery times vary by location. Please check your tracking number on the Royal Mail website. If you have not received a tracking number, contact us at info@studiosecondbest.com.

Returns

Returns can be made within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.

Any shipping cost for returned goods is your responsibility. It is your responsibility to manage all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive at Studio Second Best Ltd. For shipping instructions please contact info@studiosecondbest.com.
